On June 24, 2012, Fr. Rogelio C. Caalim, OMI was installed as the parish priest and rector of the Shrine of Our Lady of Grace.  
 

The Shrine of Our Lady of Grace through the Social Services Development Ministry hosted a medical, dental and optical mission and gift giving last June 16, 2012 together with a team of Philippine American Doctors, various clubs from the Lions Club International, members of the Philippine Army and the members of the different Areas, ministries, organizations and groups of the parish.

A despedida party was celebrated for Fr. Ely Balboa, outgoing parish priests and rector of the Shrine of Our Lady of Grace, Fr. Bobby Cahilig and Fr. Rodel Lopez last May 29, 2012 at the SOLG covered court.  The church leaders and parishioners thank and bid farewell to the three OMI priests who has been serving the parish for a number of years and were instrumental in the success of the different programs of the parish and spiritual nurturing of the parishioners.

The Shrine of Our Lady of Grace conducted a Children Festival last May 26, 2012 to celebrate the end of the summer youth catechesis attended by the youth of the different Areas of the parish and conducted by the Catechetical ministry of Our Lady of Grace.

The Shrine of Our Lady of Grace celebrated it's feast day on May 6, 2012 with a Eucharistic celebration presided by Rev. Fr. Larry De Guia, OMI, provincial superior of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate.

On February 17, 2012 Friday at 6:00 P.M. a Thanksgiving Mass for the 50th Foundation of the City of Caloocan was held at the Shrine of Our Lady of Grace attended by the City Mayor Atty. Enrico "Recom" Echiverri, City Officials, Dept. Heads, Barangay Officials and faithful of the parish grace the event.
 
The City Mayor stressed in his message that on the 50th year of Caloocan City, Our Lady of Grace Parish became a Shrine. 
 

February 12, 2012 Sunday was a very busy day for the people of the parish at the Charity Clinic.
 
Patnubay Sa Ating Kalusugan, a Special Community Health Program, inspired by the Parish Priest Fr. Eleno S. Balboa, OMI in coordination with the Social Service Development Ministry (SSDM) of the Shrine of Our Lady of Grace, hosted the medical mission.
 

Parishioners of the Shrine of Our Lady of Grace conducted the Way of the Cross or Daan ng Krus on every fridays of Lent starting February 17 up to March 30, 2012.  Members of the different Areas, MMGs, Ministries and parish staff took turns in reading the bible readings, reflections and prayers.

A symposium on catechism was held at De La Salle University on March 10, 2012 that was attended by a number of church leaders from the Shrine of Our Lady of Grace.  The theme of the symposium was "Hesus: Ang Pastol na may Magandang Loob".
